Whiplash
Whiplash is a term used most often to describe the symptoms resulting from a car accident. A victim of whiplash may experience any or all of these symptoms:
- Headaches

- Pain in the shoulders
- Pain between the shoulder blades
- Pain in one or both arms
- Fatigue
- Dizziness
- Vision problems
- Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
- Poor concentration or memory
- Neck pain/stiffness
- Tight and/or sore muscles
- Tenderness in the muscles
- Low back pain
- Sleep disturbance
- Loss of motion in the neck
An acceleration deceleration type injury can often cause structural instabilities, which compromise the nervous system. Often the body’s natural curves in both the cervical and lumbar spine are reduced or reversed leading to altered biomechanics. This in turn alters the weight bearing and movement of the spine often leading to early degeneration. We are able to help restore proper curves and motion back to your spine allowing your body to express its full potential.
