Physical Examinations

At Emerald Coast Chiropractic in Destin, and Miramar Beach, we can do pre-participation sports physicals, DOT examinations and pre-enrollment physicals as needed.  Please go to the appropriate page to download paperwork required.  In an attempt to get you in and out of the office expeditiously, we ask that you have your paperwork completed prior to your arrival.  We should be able to get started at your appointment time, please allow for thirty minutes of exam time although in most cases it will be less.
