Gloria is the office manager for our Destin harbor location, and has been with Emerald Coast Chiropractic since January of 2006. After a hiatus to pursue employment in the legal field, she has happily returned to the place she calls home. Gloria has over 20 years experience in office management and customer service with the State of Florida, both in her hometown of Chipley and later in Tallahassee. She manages scheduling for Dr. Whidden and the massage therapists in the Destin office, as well as providing information to patients regarding appointments, insurance benefits, billing and collections. She also assists within the office by developing x-rays and scanning patients for custom orthotics.
Gloria has been an active volunteer with a variety of local organizations and events, including the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation, Feline Friends of Destin, the Destin Seafood Festival, Relay for Life, and SOCKS (Save our Cats & Kittens). She is also a member of the Okaloosa County Certified Emergency Response Team (CERT).
