Licensed Massage Therapist
Hope Traylor, LMT , went to Therapeutic Body Concepts and River City School of Massage in Texas and is also a licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida by the Department of Health, license # MA59660.
Hope has spent a large part of her career working with athletes and specializes in deep tissue and sports massage. She has competed in Crossfit style competitions and is very familiar with weightlifting and strength training injuries. She is also proficient in neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy and pregnancy massage.
Hope is continuously taking continuing education courses for massage therapy in order to increase her knowledge and ability as a massage therapist. Her goal is to provide every client with exceptional service by relieving stress and pain associated with muscles and soft tissue or simply by providing the ultimate relaxing experience in order to help relieve every day stress.
