Dr. Ken Whidden and his wife Kathy have both been designated as Level 1 Strongfirst Kettlebell Instructors. They are the first two designated in Northwest Florida and have plans to integrate kettlebell training into the exercise and rehab portion of the practice. Patients throughout the years have expressed interest in starting some sort of exercise and mobility training into their daily lives in order to correct physical issues they are having. The addition of kettlebell and other physical training modalities will give people the avenue they are looking for.
This addition to the practice will be expanding in the very near future and open new worlds for both the patients and staff at Emerald Coast Chiropractic.
