Jennifer Landry, LMT, is one of the few residing natives in the area, graduating from FWBHS. She previously owned a private personal training/fitness studio here in Destin and was voted Best of the Best Personal Trainer by Emerald Coast Magazine. She has also competed in NPC, figure division.
She obtained therapeutic massage training from The Source Institute of Massage Therapy and Bodywork located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Jennifer excels in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Massage Therapy. However, her massage training skills include: Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Chair Massage and Pregnancy Massage. She is a member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association. License # MA71103
Jennifer lives in Destin with her son, Masen. Her interests include: exercise and fitness, kayaking, hiking, NFL and FSU football.
